I'd find this thread kind of funny if it wasn't so horrifying.
People are completely right in telling you that running with weights is not a good idea. But then they suggest putting a treadmill at an incline and jumping on it while it's going at 10mph.? And that's a good alternative.
No, that's the best way to get yourself hurt I've ever heard of. Don't do that. Ever.
Had no plans of doing so.
Normally what I do is set it to a 30% incline and start as the belt speeds up to 3.0-3.5 mph. I wanna get fit, not sand the skin off my body.
