Running on an empty stomach

I think that having a fruit or something easy digest is best, eg; greek yogurt, banana or an apple

As this would hinder you from becoming queasy or nauseaous when your workout intensifies.

Your body will need something to feed off of, if it doesn't have anything then it would go for the lining of your stomach, which would then make you wretch and therefore do more harm than good to your wrkt session.

Stick with something light.

I think it's good to run on an empty stomach so your not carrying extra weight and then have a good feed when your done

I always run on an empty stomach as I run 5 mins after I wake at 5.25am - no time to eat anything. I drink a sugar free energy drink as I run.

Yes. it would definitely helpful and advised to all that we need to drink lots of water before running. I personally advice to all that running with empty stomach is perfectly well. But we need to drink lots of water and fill our stomach. Otherwise you may feel tired easily. Your body would not get the minimum required water it needs.

Some people sweat more than usual. They usually drink less water than they required so that they would not sweat more. This would be a great mistake and it is not advisable.
