Just seeing if anyone is interested in joining a running club now that summer's here.
Just a way to share stories/motivation to fellow runners, both indoor treadmill runners as well as outdoor runners.
I prefer trail running, but when its too hot and humid I move indoors to the treadmill. I'd really like to keep my motivation going and train hard enough to run the Boston Marathon next year, thats my long term goal.
So if you're a long-time runner or would just like to get started, this is the place for you!

.) On the treadmill i can do 3 miles but I have to slow to a walk in between miles. The best i have done is 35 min/3 miles, although I am not worried about my speed yet, i am working on distance. In the park (2.2 miles, measured it with my car) takes me about 30 minutes, but it has extremely steep hills that requires a great effort to even just walk up on.
