water weight can really screw with a scale

one day im 207 next im 214 then 205.

If you have still been eating right dont worry what the scale says.
 
down to 135, only 15 to go. I've been running at least 3 miles or so a day, and trying to keep calories under 1500. Should be at my goal around August or so :D
 
The scale said 130.2 today, should be in the 120's next weeks and then I'm less than 10 pounds from my goal. I can't wait.
 
I'm going to a birthday party today for my great grandma's 90th. Its also my sister's 16th birthday today, so that means cake at home. I'm going to try to limit my food intake for the day and do some pilates at night.

Only 8 days til my 15th birthday, maybe I can be 128 by then :-D
 
I keep seeming to gain weight, although I'm not doing too bad with the diet and stuff (although this week I have eaten more than usual, hasn't been a very good week.) I'm up to 133.0. Oh well, this give me more motivation, I have to remember I'm still -13 pounds anyway :D
 
Today isn't going to be a great diet/workout day for me. I won't be able to run, nor eat too right. But hey, its my birthday, I have an excuse :p
 
I'm starting to lose again, I'm down to 130 or so. I hope I can lose the rest of this by maybe even July or so :-D then I can go SHOPPING!
