i.e. 34 miles

Thursday 08/11/2007 24,747 steps 9.25 miles

Wow thekrinse, you are amazing on that bike! I only go on average 15mph, or in today's case, 12mph.

Today: 2 miles walking/jogging, 6 miles bike=8miles

Thanks Penny. I like to do the bike while watching high energy shows that give me a burst of adrenaline. Right now I'm watching previous seasons of the Biggest Loser. ER's another good show to get you moving. Anything fast paced gets me pedaling faster.
