Resurrection of Sadie

The hiking plan couldn't be materialized ,though I will be doing a workout DVD tonight when my kid sleeps.
Food wise i am eating low carb not exactly atkins style but keeping my carb level low like 50/40 grams a day.

Following are the stats from my July 2006 journal that i am aiming to achieve
neck 12`
chest 32`
rib cage 27.5
waist 26
abdomen 28
hips 35.5`(i will settle for 36 now)
biceps 10`
triceps 11.5`
wrist 5.5`
thighs 22`(20 would be great)
calf 13`
Ankle 7.5`
knee 13.5`
I was 105lbs 3 years back now i am 132 ..argh!!!
 
I did 30 min bike and rest of usual workout today.Did not do it with full devotion,was upset a bit about something personal:(
Trying to eat low carb .lost a bit more weight but still have to weigh myself.
