Resurrection of Sadie

Back again,
my life has been very eventful the last whole year,I got a teching job in an elite school(hard to get a job there),then in April i had a road accident broke my left shoulder some stitches on chin,my son who was with me in the car had to undergo a facial plastic surgery his left cheek was cut from ear to lower lip been in hospital for a week then very slow recovery,i lost my car too (filed for total loss , didn't get a single penny from insurance so i am with out a car for past 6 months) in May I lost my best friend (my only best friend).She died of an asthma attack and broken heart (wont go in details here)she was only 26.
Then I lost my very well paid job in fact i quit the job because my hubby wanted to leave the hustle bustle of a big city so we moved to a hill station.Life is real slow here not much to do i don't have a job here no friends(thank god for that,after my best friend`s death i don't want to make my new friends).So here i am to catch up with old friend and lose some weight and tone my body while I can .
Stats are as follows.
height 5 2`
age 28(who is counting though)
chest 33
waist 27
abdomen 31
hips 40
thighs 21
upper arms 13
weight (have to weigh myself )
Goals Rock hard bottom
lose the fats from the back of thighs
six pack (I once had )
I want to be 33-24-36(cant be 36-24-36 I hate silicon)
P.S I am sorry for rambling,but i am very low emotionally these days , had to take out all the stuff that had been bothering me,don`t read if you don't want to.

You have been thru so much. I hope talking to people on here will help you. If you need any advice on exercises, let me know :)

Hill station is a kind of city on hills like i live on actual mountain,the roads are inclined almost up to 20% a lot of pine trees less pollution and noise.One can do tracking,mountain,climbing and bunge jumping:)

So yesterday i went to a nearby gym and guess what?while coming out i fell on the road and I wasn't even wearing heels.fell on my left side where the shoulder was broken it hurt so bad might need some x rays,but i hope ,i dint break it again.
i will be starting the gym on Monday hopefully.
 
Wow, sounds like you've had a tough time of it, I hope living in the hills allows you to clear your head for a while and put some of that stuff behind you. Really sorry to hear about your friend too.

So i already dropped 4kgs,that is 8.8 lbs just by watching my diet and long walks:)
currently i am 60 kg yippie!!!!
i would like to shed at least 5 kgs in next couple of months and ultimate goal is 50kgs ,i will set the reasonable goal this time around.I managed to get down to 47kgs which was too low for my height,but back then I starved to be 45 which never happened.

I am still jobless:(,and bored out of my mind had a depression attack last week then i visited my home town and it felt great to be in an area i know well,these mountains make me sad most of the times.
I am trying to get my ass to gym but something comes up everytime(yea ,yea).My son is learning Karate at the local club and I bet he is burning more calories than I am.My son`s trainer is tough I wish I could join that class but I cant since it is only for men:(.
will keep my log updated hopefully:).

Woohoo!first day to gym.It is 8 am in the morning i will be heading to gym around 9:30.

wooohooo!
just back from gym,reached at 9:55.
Their treadmills were out of order so i settled for stationary bike surprisingly the LCD of bikes were not working as well but i timed my spinning i did 20 minutes spinning then 15 minutes with belt massager to shake my booty and tummy(felt so relaxing).then my heart rate dropped so i did some jumping jacks and then weight..
i did lousy

2X10 bicep curls each side
2x10 skull crusher
2X10 butterfly lift
then
4X10weighted squats
2X10 weighted lunges
2X10 barbell squats
4X10 weighted sit ups
2X10 oblique sit ups
4X10 push ups
2X10 leg press
again 5 minutes spinning and then stretching.
i was out at 11.so it makes 65 minutes of pure hell. As a starter weights were very light since i am away from all the workout thing for more than 2 years now I kept it bare minimal..i did 8kgs,2X4 kgs dumbells..
and 2X4kgs barbell(please don't laugh)
I just did a haphazard workout but tomorrow i will go with a workout plan ..my basic goal is lose at least 5 kgs in 2 months that is till 18 January..and tone my muscles.
I have to tone my lower body pretty bad being a pear shaped doesn't help much.
If you have any workout plan for me please help me I would love to be a guinea pig..but no non sense work out i need results and and I will give my 100% I promise you.
Currently my weight is 60 kgs and 5 2` height.Age 29(as if i am counting:speechless:)

massage belt 15 minutes
sit ups 5X8
push ups 3X8
bench press 3X8
leg extension 3X8
squats and lunges weighted 3X8
bar bell squats 3X8
bicep curls 3X8
did some pulley for upper body aswell but i am not sure if i didt it right,since there is no trainer to assists you.
then i did 5 minutes stretches and cool down
i reached at 9:58 and came out at 11:02
loved it !
 
Food Log
yesterday i hate
Breakfast 2 boiled eggs one with yolk and a slice of bread with 2 cup of tea without sugar and 4% milk(post workout)
Snack:2 corn on the cobs without butter just a lil salt and pepper
Lunch 6 oz roasted chicken and 7 up free
dinner:eek:ne bowl of mulligtawny soup
1/2 nan (pita bread)
and 6 oz chicken curry
one regular sprite:)()
Dinner sucked big time since i went out for dinner couldnt resist ate what i didnt allow myself to eat specially drink that is regular sprite:(
I will do better today hopefully.
 
Yesterdays food log

lunch lamb and cauliflower fried
snack one apple and 1/2 an orange
dinner:skipped i was too tired to cook anything so i just slept instead of stuffing my mouth with junk.

My body is really tired today didnt feel like going to gym but imade it.
i will take 2 days off and i will go hiking instead of gym tomorrow.Weights are real low right now but as i am recovering from my shoulder injury(fracture infact).i dont want to increase the weight and put a strain on my scapula.
its been six months now and my orthopedic gave me a green signal for lifting but he advised me not to get over enthusiastic.
so i might increase weights next week but for now its more than enough.
One the side note i was reading my 3 year old journal here on fitness and i was surprised that iwas doing 3 miles in 28 minutes back then and my weight was 105lbs and i was still unhappy .now i am 132 lbs and completely out of shape.I wish the gym guys get the treadmill running till first dec so i can start running again.
