It's a recent problem, b-b, and mods and admins are trying to sort it out. This thread here:
https://weight-loss.fitness.com/threads/trouble-reading-and-posting.116941/#post-1095111
is where some of the complaints, screenshots etc, are being collected.

I actually don't have the same issue on mobile which is weird. Going to type this post on my phone hahaha.

Yesterday
Calories burned ended up at 2688.

Today Slept 7hrs 15mins

- Other half of my Dominos pizza from yesterday
- Black coffee x2
- Kenny's protein ice cream cookie dough
- Chickpea pasta with chicken breast and mushroom sauce, 250g green beans
- Apple, pear, and ginger kombucha
- Beef quesadilla

Total calories 1775, 125g protein, 17g fibre

The good
Got all my steps, calories burned will be around 2100. Lazy day today so nothing to report really. I went over my averages for the last few weeks and I seem to burn around 2250-2300 calorie daily average over the week so I think I'm going to aim for 1800 a day for now.

The bad
Not related to my food but we got a serious amount of rain last night and half the city is underwater. We live in an outer suburb at the moment so we were fine but husband had to take a mountain road to get to work instead of the motorway. Did need the rain though!

....
- Apple pear and ginger kombucha....

do you make your own?
i had a friend long ago who was sold on this stuff.

Sounds sensible. Just keep testing and adjusting and you´ll be fine.

I was looking at news pics of cars in flooded streets, b-b. Talk about "droughts and flooding rains"! Glad it didn't hit you personally. :)

About the ads not showing on your phone - could you post to say so on that thread? I don't know if it will help them sort the problem out, but it might!

Hey bb, I think the 1,800 calorie goal makes sense, like LaMa says, very sensible. Your food list sounds good, I used to really like pizza for breakfast (just guessing since its first on your list).

Keep up the good work!

I used to! Had a spare room with a little set up in my old place. When we moved I got rid of my bits because the current place we are in is tiny with hardly any space to spare so I didn't want to keep it up. I have a few favourite brands I buy now.

Yea sure, I'll do that after I update! It's actually not an issue today (on my laptop which is where I usually have the issue).

I LOVE pizza for breakfast. Next day leftovers are so good, usually I'll get a pizza and put half away straight away just so I can have some for brekki. Also means I have pizza for dinner for 600ish calories instead of 1200.

Bit behind, so here's the last few days

Sunday (bad food day, brace yourself)

- 2 slices of Burgen wholemeal and seeds toast with 2 eggs
- Black coffee
- Boost juice wondermelon smoothie with extra pineapple pieces
- 388g hot chips with chicken salt
- 3 mini Aldi brand maxibon rip offs (these were soooo good)
- KFC fillet burger, twister wrap, large chips

Total calories 3529, 117g protein, 25g fibre
Calories burned = 2177

Still made my protein and fibre goals so silver linings?? But for real, when I hang out with my husband on his days off I usually match his food. Thing is he is like 6'2 and prob burns twice as many calories as me. Oops. Did get all my steps. We watched Dracula on Netflix, it was Ok. Wasn't super keen on it but something to do I guess.

Monday (yesterday)

- Vanilla yopro
- Black coffee x2
- Aldi passionfruit Greek yogurt 170g
- Feta and kalamata olive tortellini, 2.5g butter, 250g green beans
- Pumpkin soup
- Remedy ginger beer (it's a fermented probiotic version, so nice!)
- Beef quesadilla, peri peri rice

Total calories 1739, 85g protein, 22g fibre
Calories burned = 2348

Better day, mainly because I was not hungry at all. Trained legs in the morning, Fitbit says I burned 287 calories but I think it may have been a notch too tight for a workout because it wasn't reading my heart rate correctly for a lot of it (like me jumping around and it reads my HR at 60bpm then shoots up to 170 and back down and stays at 100. Grr. My fault) Also got all my steps. After running errands in the morning we binge watched On Becoming a God in Central Florida. It was surprisingly great. Based in the early 90s around a pyramid scheme.

Today

- Wholemeal English muffin with an extra lean burger patty, lite Kraft cheese slice, mustard and sugar free ketchup
- Black coffee
- Aldi brand vanilla protein yogurt (tastes the same as yopro and so much cheaper)
- Black coffee
- Spinach and ricotta Gozleme
- Pumpkin soup
- Apple, pear, and ginger kombucha
- Banana smoothie with 150g frozen banana, 1 cup almond milk, 2 scoops whey protein

Total calories 1698, 102g protein, 21g fibre
Calories burned ~ going to end up around 2450

The good

Food was good today. Got all my steps and did a workout this morning. Still avoiding a few upper body exercises as everything seems to upset the nerves in my neck at the moment while my jaw is still being a little bit hinky. Trained glutes and did a bunch of core stuff, burned 269 calories. Cleaned the house and grocery shopped tonight, catching up with a friend tomorrow I think so being prepared in case she comes over instead of us going out.

The bad

I keep pretty much breaking even on my calories eaten/calories burned with the one or two big food days a week. It's honestly not a big deal eating shit food on the days my husband has off, just got to make more of an effort to just get one thing instead of several. Weight is staying stable and not going up or down more than a few hundred grams. Going to say right now, from tomorrow till the end of the month every day will be 1800 calories. 10 days, I can do this.

Hey bb, how's it going?

We'd like to hear from you, check in and let us know.
