I know this is an old thread, but anyway. I thought I might try and eat more uncooked fruit and veg. There's no way that I could go completly raw, and I'd like to start something that I know I can keep up. There's so many fruit and veg that I love as it is anyway. I think I'll have more salads, and make sure I have raw veg with every meal, then I also won't need as much of the rest of my cooked meal.
