ON whey is the best out there. BioTests new "natural" flavor whey is decent too because you can mix it with anything.
I buy my ON at www.bodybuilding.com. At their store its like $25 for 5 lbs.

I am an ON whey drinker and I will not ever buy another shake. It tastes better than any whey out there IMO. Both the Chocolate and Vanilla are sooooo good. The best part is they taste halfway decent with just water as well if you are in a pinch and dont have any milk. I look forward to my shakes everyday.

It tastes good. Like a light chocolate milk when mixed in 2cp of milk.
I use a PWO of:
1cp Plain FF Yogurt (11g pro)
1cp skim milk (8g pro) NOTE: A research docket I saw recently actually pegged fatted milk as being better for PWO.

25g dex
35g malt
5g creatine.

BCAAs are good to have, but not something I would spend extra to have. However, I think they whey you got is real expensive.

mine is real cheap from this guys shop. i get the pure whey with nothing else in it for 15.95-5lbs. ; )
