Squat
Deadlift
Pushpress
Zercher squat
bench press
military press
unweighted chin up:

I want to see your numbers since you're calling out another member for using "micro-weights".

Okay, what do you:

Squat - 315 X3 is best
Deadlift - 275 - but have ciatic nerve damage that keeps me from focusing on this one.

Pushpress - not sure what it is
Zercher squat - 225 and it hurts my forearms like hell
bench press - 260
military press - dont know max, but do sets with 185 - standing
unweighted chin up: - best ever is 20 pulls, nevr tested chins- today I could do 10 if challenged, but 5 as a set. Did 100 in one day on a Friday challenge.

Sure. I am 39. Married 16 years. Dad of 2. Former Cop. Now Run a CS department for a home builder.

6ft1. 185, @10% BF (Hence the screen name)
Squat - 300
Dead - 335
Bench - 275
OHP - 185 (never maxed but geustimate based on reps)

And as a side note I answered this because you asked. I doubt you will see me bragging about my lifts anywhere or saying I know more than someone else. If you do...point it out, please.

Oh and Welcome to the Forums. I notice your "years" here is two and about a year after mine. . :yelrotflmao:

Well....you now my MH name now. I update a torso shot every few months in my Training log there. But I only do that for me. Accountability. Pictures don't lie. No matter how good you may feel about something at the time a pic will show the truth. But, I am not camera shy. At the age of 39 I am proud of where I am and hope to be an example to my kids as they grow up.

Yes.

is my training log. Like I said. I don't hide things. I think one of my pics is about 1/3rd down on this page.

I am currently doing 2 a days with Huge in a Hurry by Chad Waterbury. I post my routine and weights via pics of my blackboard in my basment setup where I lift. My squats and deads are currently working back up to normal range from a torn ligament in my lower back 2 months ago.
