Sport Question about soda/pop and energy drinks

Just wanted to drag this point up.
Yeah I order a diet soda if i ever have a mcDonalds.
a big mac and frys is over 1000 cals. I can justify that in my diet. But there is no point in having an extra 310cals of sugar just for the slight difference in taste.

What can you justify about the trans fats and unsaturated fats in McD's? McD's fries are dipped in sugar, which gives them their golden-brown colour.

there is not much point trying to argue with you, you'll just point out spelling mistakes.
How about, I worry about how one Mcd's a month will effect me, and you worry about your own diet, which im sure, its 100%perfect.
 
even I know eating Fast Food rarely (once a month like stated above) isn't going to make or break your diet. A matter of fact, I think cheating on the occasion is fine as long as you don't over do it and it's in moderation.

Agreed--dependent on the person. A person whom has been deficit dieting for several weeks (and not so new to dieting, and after the body has time to make metabolic adaptions), it can be a good idea to eat at maintenance or slightly over--for a designated time period, and then return to calorie deficiency.

Additionally, some do not realize the power of calorie and macro-nutrient manipulation, which when done correctly/efficiently can allow re-feeds, and more tolerance to more food than the body otherwise would (another subject entirely).

I justify what I eat partially by calorie allotment and specific goal position, and rock-out in earning my goal plans. It is a very important consideration.

Additionally, dependent on dietary perimeters applicable to ones goal position (and physiological complications, Insulin resistance/Insulin Sensitivity, and the alike), cutting out some sugars (or other carbohydrates) is a very good thing to do, dependent on the persons goal.

Man, i would love to be that dedicated. I’m pretty good but havnt yet looked in to manipulation and timings in a big way. I ‘try’ not to eat to many carbs in the eves. But at I’m just concentrate on what im eating and the macros as a total over the day. When I get used to it I’ll look in to other ares.

Having a McDons is pretty much dependant on how many times I can walk past without going in!!!

You should have signed up to teenage bb.com instead of trying to throw your weight around with your lack of knowledge. Try educating yourself and appearing less silly on the internet.

OK, that's a fair point I guess, I just can't see how someone who's prepared to eat mashed up connective tissue and fat could be worried about sugar intake.
