Tues. morning
Up at 7:00 and I did my Cher cardio tape, and about 10 min of abs of steel.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of spaghetti, and 3 scrambled egg whites.
My snack for work today will be a slice of smoked turkey and a rye crisp cracker.
Feeling really good today, I'm very incouraged by the way I feel and look. I'm a little worried about reaching my goal.....If I back of on the cardio or feel like I can slack on the weight room, or even eat more ....will I fall off the fitness wagon???
