Hello, is anyone out there? I guess I'm on my own. I think if people see that you don't have a lot to lose, then they figure we don't need encouragement. Well that won't stop me !!! The time I have spent on the computer will become more time for excercise. I wish you all the best of luck with your goals. ;)

Hello!! I was just looking through the forum and found some of your threads. I hear you about wondering where everyone is at.

It helps to build relationships by posting in other people's diarys or journals. That way it's a two way street. Not everyone always takes the time to reciprocate, but I always try my best to support those who support me. It took a while before I built some good relationships, and I think those of us who've been on here a while don't always peak our heads out the window and look around to see who is new. So many people come and go, and dont want to make an effort.

I responded to your Apple Cider Vinegar Post earlier. Then I just came across your Epsom salt cleanse and that peaked my interest. I thought to myself, I have to check this gal out, she sounds like me in some ways. I'm always looking for natural ways to do things. I believe cleaning the body is key in so many ways.

Anyhow, I was just reading through your Quest thread. Looks like you are doing really good! Don't leave!! I agree, less time on the computer is more time to exercise. I've been typing on here for hours today.

If you pop back in, stop by my diary and say hello. I'll be a friend for ya! I'm going to go check reading on the Epsom cleanse. Thanks for mentioning it, I've never heard of it.

Wow you are doing so well, your exercise schedule looks great, you will reach your goal no problems at all!

Looks like your doing great, It is nice to meet someone else on the forum who enjoys training with weights :)
