So when you go to bootcamp or somethin like that, why do they make them do some of the same stuff everyday, if it's "not good"
I'm just tryin to figure out how to become the best I can be..
Honestly bro, I donow, It's very complicated and there's many variables.
Here's the Drill:
I don't think bootcamp is a good example, that's just a brief period when they **** you up to get some results in my opinion, it's not like one does what he does at a bootcamp when it's over right? Anyhow, I don't even care, I've never been to one, I Prefer to discipline myself, I don't want a bunch of fatties near me and someone telling me what to do.
You CAN do pushups everyday, if you do and get into it after a serious month or so you'll be really used to it. All I'm saying is, there's Loads of different exercises to do.
If you do a heck of a lot of pushups one day, technically, you'd rest THOSE MUSCLE groups for a day, (Pecs and Tripies for instance) and the next day do something else, like back or something. For instance on my Upper Body rest day, I do the lower body. And in any case, most body weight exercises work your core with any exercise, so you get a workout everyday anyway.
You can go ahead and do pushups everyday, no problem, many people do, it depends what you want. But You should also do other stuff, pullups and stufffor biceps, back etc. if you want to be 'the best you can be'.
Ah, I don't know if I made any sense. Good Luck anyway. You can do pushups everyday, depends how seriously you do them, like until complete failure, or if just part of a wider workout.
