pump up music

I usually listen to really hard metal. Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth, Lamb of God, Otep, and bit of Slipknot. I guess it just get my blood and adrenaline flowing. I also listen to a lot of rap/r&b... It just depends on my mood, I guess.

dammit someone listen to dance with the devil by immortal technique >.< illest rap song ever

Fine I'll do it.

edit-

Soooooo sick! I remember hearing this song before and thinking it was the most ****in nitty gritty song ever...And it is.

Other threads made before on workout music.. Just to give ya guys a wider variety of ideal music. ;)

I might be the only one into this but I like to listen to...
electro -- The Faint, Peaches, Tracy + The Plastics
punk/emo -- Alkakine Trio, Green Day, Rocket from the Crypt
Brit pop -- Libertines, Arctic Monkeys

I like to listen to stuff that is really fast since I do a lot of cardio. Faster dancey music helps keep me going and pushing myself to go faster.

I usually go for:
Rise Against - Give it All
Mindless Self Indulgence - Shut me Up
Godsmack - I F*****g Hate You
Pronobozo - Full Flex
Guano Apes - Open your Eyes
Pronobozo - Kicks n' flips

or I watch a video if I'm doing my workout at home or w.e The ones I watch are:

First one is the "Urban Ninja", James Mark of Team Ryouko
Second is Team Ryouko
THey are an Xtreme-Martial Arts team, XMA, and the first is kinda Parkour actually..

definitly some hatebreed full blown chaos chimaira, any thing along those lines that gets you pumped enough to beat the **** out of anyone.

THe new hatebreed just came out its sick

I like things that are a bit heavier - think early In Flames or anything by The Crown. I know these bands may be new to some of you (most of you, actually) but for those of you listening to Metallica and Atreyu, you may want to try these guys out :) I'd put the early In Flames - Lunar Strain album into melodic death, and The Crown is like Thrash/Death.
