protien shakes..are nasty

My protein powder is pretty tasty. I don't normally need it, so my wife and kids drink it more than I do. My kids call them "daddy milk shakes" LOL

Your wife? Kids will eat pretty much anything but I don't understand your wife's motives for drinking your protein powder. Does she keep fit?

I don't really like my protein shakes, but I don't dislike them either.. my GF hates protein powder though, but I think it's more mental than anything else.

Protein shakes do taste nasty ONLY for the first couple of days, i have now been taking this stuff for 16 days and i am tottaly amazed i mean my diet is brilliant anyway but since taking this stuff i have gained 6.6 LB and most people who i work with keep asking/saying to me i am on steroids even the manager of the gym says i look good, but i don't see any difference myself. Have only yesterday bought some more should be here Monday, i also drink 2 litres of water per day and that does help.

i love ON whey's chocolate or double chocolate i can drink it any time of any day! Worst i've ever had was the GNC brand Vanilla, but i'm not a fan of vanilla, someone gave it to me...then i gave it to the trash can lol.....
