Monday is one of my workout days so when i have my protein ill try it with milk and tell you guys what i think
Yeah, you have to use what you got. I might start buying online but right now Bodyfortress at Wal-Mart tastes good and is cheap 12.95 for 2lbs
Well i do have to admit, The protein with milk is a whole lot better than with water. But i did have some problems 30min-1hour later, like my stomach felt queasy and all kinds of that stuff.
No but i barely ever drink milk. That may be a problem but i don't know
I've read somewhere that drinking whey with milk slows down the digestion of the protein because of the casein protein. That's why drinking it with water is better after a work out because you'll absorb the protein faster which is what whey is for. I don't know the specifics, but that's what i read on another forum.
