Then you need to worry about how many calories you're getting each day.
But if pong is having trouble gaining on say >3000 cals per day, they might want to try some liquid meals that make it easier to get down all the cals.
another 300-400 cal would be a great help for me..
i dunno if this is correct but according to the BMR calculator it's 1326.47.
height = 5'3" (too short - im an asian by the way)
weight = 99lbs
age = 23
