im choosing between the gold standard 100% whey protein and mega mass 4000..so what you think guys? which is which?

But if pong is having trouble gaining on say >3000 cals per day, they might want to try some liquid meals that make it easier to get down all the cals.

amen also to that my friend..so what do think guys?

I guess what I'm saying is that if he's falling very short of 3000kcals, then the protein shakes are only going to get him another 300-400 calories.

i dunno if this is correct but according to the BMR calculator it's 1326.47.

height = 5'3" (too short - im an asian by the way)
weight = 99lbs
age = 23

hope this helps..

Okay, look up BMR and activity level. Your activites for the day will cause your BMR to rise. Track your calories through fitday.com and see how everything is turning out.

i signed up in fitday.com and i found out that my average caloric intake each day is more or less 1000..so what do you think guys if take protein shakes? how much should i take each day? thanks!

1000 calories is not enough. I would try to get AT LEAST 500-1000 more calories per day through real food

Eat sufficient calories (a surplus) and maybe add a weight gain supplement to help get those extra calories in.

Pong that cant be right. Re-configure it.

For example, I am 46, and my BASE calorie need is at minimum 1,600 calories per day, and this does not take into account any activity.
