Sport Protein shakes

I have never had much luck make shakes up very far in advance. They don't seem to hold up good for me. One thing you may try is there are several RTD protein drinks on the market that are very good. I have tried several different types and they are quite good. I bring them with me to work occasionally. I regard to your previous post I tried substituting them for lunches at work and it didn;t work to well. I started making much more progress once I started eating complete meals and limiting my protein to post workout and late night snack.
