Sport Protein pudding

Sport Fitness
I received a free small bin of sugar-free, fat-free protein pudding this morning (vanilla/chocolate mix!)

Have any of you guys used something like this? It looks absolutely delicious, and I'm just curious as to the usage habits.

Thanks again (sorry for so many posts!),

Protein Pudding

How much protein is it it!?

its probably not too bad since its sugar free, but I guarantee the price is prohibitive, when compared to a whey/whey blend powder and the cost of a small shaker cup.

but how much is it for a 4pack or 6pack? i wanna compare its cost per serving to, say a serving of Nitrean or ON pro-complex. Nitrean is about 50 cents per 24g serving, virtually no carbs, fat, and its a whey/casien blend.

The Instone pudding cost approximately $1 per serving 20 grams protein
(100% casien). Not cost effective but makes a great to go food when it's hard to get something nutritous.

I believe I have the instone pudding as well. However, I didn't get it in the conventional packs. It came as a tub of it for $4.50.

How should I eat this? Alone as a meal? As a side? How much should I take? I'm dying to taste for my 6:00 meal! I just want to get the right amount

The small serving cans I have are 6.4 ounces (182 grams), they contain 20 grams of protein/2 grams fat/1 gram carbs.
I use mine as a snack or dessert.

yeah, pudding would be by volume since its really a liquid, so a measuring cup...6.4 fluid oz.

so that pudding isn't too bad price wise...viable for occasional use, or those stuck on the go with no easy access to store a shaker, some powder, or access to water to mix it.

i'd use it as a snack, with some peanut butter and a piece of fruit.

This pudding tastes great! I'm having it with a Tbsp. natty PB, and a cantaloupe for my last meal of the day

isnt the cantaloupe a little high in sugar for a last meat? fructose is not too good for a bedtime meal

Here is one source, there are plenty more. Look at Yahoo in the shopping section.
