Sport Pre-workout meal?

Sport Fitness
do you put it in AFTER it is finished cooking?

Definitely put it in after. Heating protein makes it.... meally (is that a word) It gets a funny and not tasty consistency.

I guess I would need to know the oatmealowder ratio then

This will depend upon what you need, and how big you are.

I use 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 scoop muscle milk, one scoop of protein, 1 cup berries, and whatever milk I need to get the consistency I want.

That being said, I am 275lbs (125kg) So you will eat less if you are smaller.

I tried it today and I already like oatmeal plain but man was it tasty! I used chocolate whey in it, about a 40g scoop same as what I have in a shake. Is it a good idea to add some whey to it in the mornings to get some extra protein in??

Also back to the topic of pre-workout meals, is a bowl of oatmeal better than a chicken salad sandwich?

This is the protein powder i use and its pretty good. I got pretty lean from this one. I drink it while i work out and i drink it afterwards.
I use only 2 scoops though. They tell you to use 4. Which is just crazy.

hmmm ok then "muscle for sale". I already have a choice of whey so I don't need to take any notice of your advertisement.

Got any pictures of how you looked before and after you started on it ;)

Sorry it is just that it was your first post, your name is "muscle for sale" and lately there have been a LOT of posts posing as being advice from other members when it is really just an advertisement.

I may have jumped the gun and assumed too much there, if so I apologise.
