Just checking in on you. I'm wondering how set you are on the low carb diet? Seems like you are feeling deprived and it causes you to binge on carbs. If it doesn't work out for you, you might just try eating what you want (try to keep it healthy), but just in moderation. You just have to try different things until you find what works for you and what you can live with. Good luck. Sounds like you are going to be working a lot of hours. Don't forget to get in your "me time" and your rest. It is very important. Have a good week.
 
whoa 70 min on the treadmill??? my badd!! and i know, i read those fitness articles of people who do crazy amounts of cardio, but then i read other pepole who say "only 3 days a week, dont want to voertrain or you won't lose anything" and i have like a panic attack on the elliptical because i'm like WHICH ONE DO I LISTEN TO

good job at the bbq!! BBQs are SO hard to deal with. so much yummy grilled food. too bad the people arent grilling pineapple or something instead of delicious burgers with cheese. i'm making myself hungry now, i need to stop lol.
