Just checking in on you. I'm wondering how set you are on the low carb diet? Seems like you are feeling deprived and it causes you to binge on carbs. If it doesn't work out for you, you might just try eating what you want (try to keep it healthy), but just in moderation. You just have to try different things until you find what works for you and what you can live with. Good luck. Sounds like you are going to be working a lot of hours.
