Please help me with my schedule! :D

Hi I'm Simon and I'm pretty new to weight training. I just need someone to help me with my schedule. I'm awfully skinny and tried to gain weight/mass but I still see no results. Right now I can only go to gym Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. Anyone have a good schedule for me? Like Biceps on this day and triceps on the other. I need a effective one because I want to get bigger in 3 months. Thank you!

Some Training programs:
Strong Lifts 5x5
Starting Strength
New Rules of Lifting

Bigger in 3 months is not gonna happen if you are focusing on biceps and triceps. You need to work big muscles with big movements. Squats, deadlifts, bench press...etc. Focus on chest, lats, legs. Your biceps will get worked when you work your lats, and your triceps will get hit when you work your chest.

And if you are awfully skinny you are gonna need to eat, and eat often. Good stuff though, not fast food.

rawrs. I always do the bench press with dumbells though for chest.(is doing 40s each dumbell good for now?I still struggle) Follow by the chest fly machine then go to the chest fly again with the big cable machine. I tried to eat as much as I can. Sometimes I go to Mcdonalds because I thought I need the Calories.. >> And from there I do my shoulders but they like never sore. Then biceps-->triceps then forearms and on the back. But I only like go to gym 1-2 times a week :T and Now i have 3 days a week but its in a row. So help on that too :D

You should not be eating Macdonalds for your calorie in take. You should be eating lots of vegetables and fruit, and lean chicken.

Is adding mass your only goal?

Well, kind of :D My goal is to be a little muscular and not bony. So I guess it adding mass and perhaps get lean/ripped muscles. I don't want to be like Arnold Schzeneggar; just want to have a okay amount of mass where people would stop calling me skinny and probably look good in a tux, cause a wedding is coming up in 2-3 months. :D
