Smash the cardio man amp ur self up b4 u do it to that seems to help me id say i was the oposit of u just really skinny and have stretch marks and felt really bad with a shirt of. go hard bro

bro, i feel it for you man. i really want to help you through this the entire way man. il help you through whatever your feelin or doing ok? sure im only 16 but i can help you with a lot of basic yet extremely important stuff. so if you have any questions on how to weight train, how to cardio, how to eat, just PM me on here.

i think you are on the right track towards your goals man. some simple stuff:
eat 1g protein per pound of bodyweight. if you weight 200, eat 200g protein/day
drink water throughout the day. the more the better
eat mostly complex carbs
keep in your caloric range
dont neglect veggies/fruits
eat as clean as possible: as little processed, canned, packaed foods
have pre workout and post workout nutrition
eat "good fats"
eat right when you wake up
