I figured I would post the Las Vegas betting line for this "battle"

LV is the current favorite at 8-5 ... The Phreak is the underdog at 4-1

so, I did day #1 the other day (i think it was the day i started this thread), but i was too damn lazy to post it....so here it is

form= weight(reps)

Seated Row: 130(15), 150(15), 170(15)
Pullup: B/W(12) X 3
Pullover: 50(12), 60(12), 70(12), 80(12)
Close-grip bench: 125(12), 145(12), 155(8)
Overhead tri extensions (oddly the gym had no dip bar): 70(12), 80(10), 90(10), 90(8)
Barbell Curl: 70(12), 80(15), 90(12)
Hammer Curls: 30(12), 45(10), 45(10), 45(8)

10 mins hard cardio followed by a hot shower, then straight into the sauna for 15 mins
 
the unfortunate outcome of the above entry is that, for some reason, my legs don't like me anymore.

I didn't do anything w/ legs except the 10 mins cardio and yet now they don't seem to want to let me bend them....hmmmmm this sucks.

needless to say, yesterday and today are shot since I can't even force myself to do cardio...prolly gonna go see the therapist today and get it checked out.

my guess is it has only to do w/ the fact that it was 3 weeks since i had hit the gym...meh, I'll be back into it tomorrow hopefully for day 2
