so, I did day #1 the other day (i think it was the day i started this thread), but i was too damn lazy to post it....so here it is

Seated Row: 130(15), 150(15), 170(15)
Pullup: B/W(12) X 3
Pullover: 50(12), 60(12), 70(12), 80(12)
Close-grip bench: 125(12), 145(12), 155(8)
Overhead tri extensions (oddly the gym had no dip bar): 70(12), 80(10), 90(10), 90(8)
Barbell Curl: 70(12), 80(15), 90(12)
Hammer Curls: 30(12), 45(10), 45(10), 45(8)
10 mins hard cardio followed by a hot shower, then straight into the sauna for 15 mins
