Pet Peeves- what's yours?

- People who litter... Especially cigg butts, I just want to pick it up and stab them in the fo'head with the smoldering tip...

- People who have blind hate... IE: "I hate all Middle Easterns and want them to die because of 9/11"

- People who TALK ON CELL PHONES WHILE DRIVING. I swear I'm going to invent a remote signal canceler I can point at people and it will cause their phone to die!! MWAHA!

- Teenagers... Don't get me started!

- The media... Someone PLEASE hire a real artist for once, not just someone with a hot bod.

- Dress Code- One of the only things that would make me want to torture a human.

- Stuck up chicks- Which are a lot of them, you just see one sneering at you and you wanna say "Don't gimmie that look you dumb bimbo, or I'll give you a permanent one!"

- People who hate people because they are different. I try to be nice to the people that everyone hates. The extremely chubby kid, the mentally retarded kid, the annoying kid, the nerd- I will always be nice to them... Just gotta learn to be nice to the popular kids- NOT! :p

- Pity Mongers... Throw a sob story at me and you won't get pity from me. Stop complaining because you grew to a size 3 instead of a size 2. When there's someone you don't even care about who is really suffering keeps it hidden from the world... Those people I RESPECT.

Gosh golly jee whiz topics like this get me fired up! Time to go nite nite... By the way, did I mention I love you all and that you are all the opposite of my pet peeves!!

I agree with a lot of those Nightporter. I hate ignorance and prejudice of all kinds ...... now I am older and more confident, I even tell people off for it, it gets my back up soooo much!!

I'm pretty old but I remember what I was like when I was a teenager, and it amazed me that my parents didn't either send me to military school or just kick me out of the house completely... I never did anything illegal or overly immoral, but I was very mouthy, and definitely tested my parents limits.

My older sister was angel child, my younger brother claims I broke my parents in because there was nothing he could do that I hadn't done already.

Teenagers grow out of it - at least most of them do -- I know some 40 somethings who are still in their rebellious teenage stage... (i think that's called midlife crisis though :D

the only thing I ask of teenagers - is please for the love of god, (c)rap is not music... listen to music at reasonable volumes :D and pull your pants up and take off that stupid backwards baseball cap :D
 
I think that you just have to accept that teenagers are meant to test limits and feel like they hate their parents. Its all about growing up and 'wanting' to leave the nest.

I think a lot of women fall under this - I have much more male friends than female friends... and the common complaint of the guys about women is their inability to say what they (insert expletive here) mean... This is a generalization of women, but i've seen to many too - they beat aroudn the bush, expect their minds to be read and never quite say what they mean.. but yet get pissed off when what they meant isn't understood. Just (insert expletive here) say it already...

Drives me nuts... I have an aquaintance who right now is pissed at her husband because he didn't do something... When I said to her -well just tell him.. her response his - Oh, he should just know... (made me want to slam her head into a brick wall)
 
Ah yes, but my husband is guilty of that too, so its not just women. Plus I ALWAYS tell him what I am thinking ..... I think he'd rather I kept it to myself now and then :D

OMG!!! That's great! I totally agree with you! I don't understand the people who listen to crap...i mean, uh, rap...:D I'm a country girl at heart.

And those stupid pants...ugh... makes me want to just go up behind one of them and tug slightly, and watch as the pants just fall!
 
YES i agree with the crap rap... I hate that... well, CRAP!! Give me Depeche Mode any day...

And sorry for bustin' on teenagers, but I'm a teenager too so I thought I was allowed :-D
