Come on, what's wrong with dropping weight? Sure it's stupid to do a push press and then drop it from the top, but when I am doing seated db press I chamber my arms at my sides and drop them. The momentum sometimes makes it seem like I threw them, when in actuallity I hate the feeling I get when placing them on the floor in my shoulder.
