I can't locate the user name, Bubba. It seems you are possiby wrapping this name in a "context" of an insulting nature, which would follow your footsteps in the sand leading to an edge of a cliff. Do you wish to fall off, by disclosing the user name you wrapped in this "context?" Or do you wish to take a look back at your footsteps in the sand while standing before the edge of the cliff, and allow your "mental wind" to erase these steps, and prevent the fall?

this guy has on their profile "my real name is Bubba". Both "Bubba" and the user "Chillen" are on my ignore list for obvious reasons, but Mrek you should clarify why this kind of language should be used in a forum with impunity.

Reference your link. I do not see where their is a false statement (but some sustaining truth)--"when looking at your footsteps in the sand" as compared to the "footsteps in the sand of the poster".

I don't know or care what the user has interdicted as I get the message "This message is hidden because Chillen is on your ignore list." but the response from Mrek or any other self-respecting moderator is welcome.

There is no exact list. Again I state, keep your posts positive and you won't have to worry about offending anyone. You want a clear line but there isn't one, and unless you plan on dancing by that line you shouldn't need one.


On a side note, I hope everyone is done shopping and having a good holiday :beerchug:
 
Continuing my "footsteps in the sand":

Gnuttella look at your "footsteps in the sand" (your posting methods) and compare these with "the footsteps in the sand" of the overall "integrity of the forum" and have your "footsteps in the sand" meet the overall integrity and purpose of the forum (with common sense), and you will erase the prvious steps, and not fall off the cliff.

You have just contradicted yourself as soon as you saw Bubba's insult. I bet if it was Bubba using the word retarded you would have given it the green light too. I don't have to worry about a minority of disruptors here as they are on my ignore list, but it is awkward to turn a blind eye to such an "infraction" in "Bubba's own words".

Calling someone "a moron" is just as bad as calling someone "a retard" because a moron is a psychology-related term for a person with a genetically determined mental age between 8 and 12.

Acting the way you act, all arrogant and how you deserve some kind of respect will take you nowhere on this forum, and if you continue on this way sooner or later you'll leave on your own after getting tired of being ridiculed, or after being banned.

Like NBS said, atleast try to make an effort to get along with the forum members and tell us something about yourself, what your goals are, your stats, etc.

Once you do that, then maybe we can step past all this drama you've created.

If we keep letting these trolls in and fuel their fire with the responses they want to hear, then I'm certain that this forum will become less desirable to new members eager to learn about health/fitness and the like.

You don't even know if he got a PM with a warning like you got, or even an infraction because you have no idea what the mods are doing. So you just need to worry about yourself and not getting banned, because after the reply to wrangell confronting you about your post I'm very close.

I was referring to: While LV had banned Gnutella, Mreik was still trying to talk with Gnutella, and being nice (even after getting some posts from this person applicable to him--Think Tribal), and Mreik can be heavy handed :)..(meant in a nice way), but.....this time, LV swooped first.....LOL........showing is educational certificate (from other thread), HEHEHE
