Iv heard that this is a good prog to reduce the size of a pic
FastStone Photo Resizer - Powerful Image Converter/Resizer

I personally use Picasa
Picasa
though unless you want to edit photos also just stick with the fastone

You should just use photobucket.com to upload it and post it here as a link.

or if you want to go through the trouble of reducing the size yourself:

by saving an image from whatever to .gif and then changing it back into a .jpg will allow a decent size change with this program; this is only a trial though.

alright here is the best picture i got for you all...i know theres a section for pictures but i figured since the topic bout my bodyfat was bought up in here, id post it here....oh and the starwars stuff in the background aint mine its my roomies lol (not that i have anything against star wars)...

under 10 atleast though right??

Under 10%? not sure about that.

For the record 5% body fat would be unhealthy you do not want a BF level that low. I explained why in another thread around here if your interested.

'You NEED fats to survive, Fats are required to transport nutrients like Vitamins a,d,e and k- basically all fat soluble vitamins,
Also they are a main component of the cell membrane and as well other internal fatty tissues protect vital organs. and help regulate body temperature.

I would not suggest anything less then 8% body fat.

Sidenote
Also remember fat quality in the body is as important as quantity

You're definitly not 5%... this is me at about 13%

at best, you're 10%...

either way, there's no need to train your abs every day, even if arnold says you should. Arnold also did steroids, Arnold also smoked pot... would you do all that just because he said you should?

There is a lot of great advice given on here by people that have years of experience, and experience beyond their years. I wouldn't judge the quality of advice just because you assume someone is young. There's a 17 year-old that i message regularly for helpful tips here and there... they happen to be very knowledgable...

alright thanks for all the help i appreciate it...and I dont wanna have really low body fat, trust me, thats just what the lady toldme I had, but I dont really trust the device i use

I have changed my position on abs, after researching more into abs and their basic structure and so on i do agree now that abs do not need to be worked everyday and like any other muscle should be rested.

however, i still believe that the average 3 sets of 10 crunches is not enough to truly tax the abs "specifically for those who already have strong abs"

That's the same as saying 3 sets of 10 pushups is not enough for someone with a strong chest, this is quite obvious... I would suggest ab workouts 3 times a week, 3 sets of 15, usually with some sort of weight.

Try holding a plate across your chest or behind your head. You can also try cables or bands to provide some extra resistance. 3 sets of 15 with a 25lb plate behind your head gives the same "burn" as doing 500 crunches, but i've seen much better visual results from working with smaller reps...
