For some reason my butt is still really sore from yesterday which caused a few problems with my squats today
I'm doing pretty well thanks, trying to recover from a tough session yesterday. My back & butt are sore and I had a huge callus that got ripped off, it's weird though that if a callus gets torn off the fresh skin underneath goes rock hard and yellow in a matter of hours. The human body is a weird and amazing thing.
That's my odd thought for the day :)
