Weight-Loss Organic Foods

Weight-Loss
Why even bother with reasons?

Well we could kill 2 birds with one stone...

Although I guess humans wouldn't exactely be organic with all the crap we put in our bodies.

Organic food is kind of dumb once you realize everything that is going on. I agree with eating naturally, just not necessarily organic. Biggest problem is most organic veggies aren't the same exact variety, they breed them to be naturally resistant to pests and disease instead of relying on artificial means. This is a problem because some of those same artificial chemicals that you were trying to avoid in the first place when switching to organic, are now showing up NATURALLY in these organic foods, except about 8 times stronger. There's lots of other bad points, but this is the worst.

Corndogggy, could you share some of your resources where you have found such information? I have recently started a new blog talking about living as toxin-free as possible and your comment here has sparked an idea for an article. It has always been my understanding that organic foods, including crops [some states have even banned GM seeds], are not allowed to be genetically modified or contain GM ingredients. Although there are a percentage of non-organic ingredients allowed in foods labeled organic, even these non-organic ingredients are not allowed to contain GMOs. (Just as with the organic ingredients, however, there is no testing required and it is possible that some contamination may have occurred.)

I have numerous sites for resources on this topic, but I have not been able to find any with your argument, perhaps I am not using the right search terms. I'd like to read more on your argument.
Thank you for any help you [or anyone else] can offer.
Cheers!

YOu do realize you're responding to (and quoting) a post which is over 2 years old? I doubt you're going to get a response, since the person you're quoting hasn't been active on the site since 2007.

Oh, That's embarrassing. No, I hadn't realized, thank you for pointing that out. I don't normally participate with forums, but a friend had suggested reading them for topic ideas. [He was right, wow, plenty of material to spark articles from forums.] I will need to be more attentive to the date details on posts. {:0)
