Heh, this is odd. Almost all the oldies have a post count well into the thousands and I'm still in the hundreds :p
Anyhow, my weight is 172 pounds.
 
ok team, i did my biggest looser dvd!! go me! it killed my upper legs but it was worth it! i have so much energy now!

I did the yoga first thing this morning - 2nd class ever. But it feels good to get things going the early instead of waiting until the afternoon. I need to go my wieghts though...

Dumbell Rows 50 reps.

Weighted Squats 50 reps.

starting weight for me is 258.
I have 4 workout videos I got from the library to check out... 2 tae bo, one biggest loser workout and a pilates!

That stinks JB - maybe it's just water weight. Are you tracjing your salt?

someone actually suggested it to me. it's perfect for me cause I HATE doing the same routine over and over again. I love variety so buying a video would be too costly for me since I'd get tired of it so quick.

Yeah - I just hate spending the movie on something that WILL get boring day after day. I usually just try to find stuff on the net, my yoga class is online.

yo amy....i joined end of sep, abt the time as Doxiegirl. Hahah...go check our difference in number of posts:eek:

Shd we start the talkative club? Lol.....

Anyway, Fri weigh in is 135 lbs. Last sun was 137. Oops i'm also in Oct challenge. I gotta weigh twice a week???
