well you just be sure to check in here woman, and you shall be posted! :D been to pee a million times today but not the other if you know what i mean. which is surprising cuz i thought for sure that would be a side effect, but so far so good! im hungry, but not too bad. i'll just keep drinking water til bed and then probably be up 100 times during the night. slight headache but i'm sure thats due to my missed coffee today. :( i cant wait to have that again! got to go, will check in tomorrow!
 
forgot to mention that i did cheat yesterday and had a 25 cal cup of hot chocolate because i was so cold and could not get warm. :eek: yeah was NOT supposed to have that! had the whole 64 oz of water and all the juice i was supposed to have. today, so far so good. only lost 1 lousy pound though, maybe because i cheated? who knows. also says your not supposed to smoke and i'm doing that too lol. oh well. if i make it through today, it will be a miracle! will weigh in again tomorrow and let you know the big (yeah right) two day weight loss.

oh, on the homefront katelin is sick. she was all listless yesterday and now i know why. it was 10 am and she still wasnt up so i went to check on her. she said she felt like she was gonna throw up and soon after she sure did! good thing i had my little trashcan all ready in front of her. the smell from 4 yrs ago when they all had the stomach virus STILL to this day comes into the air in the living room on humid days in summer - ew. but thats when all 3 kids had it and they were real small and couldnt control where it went. even i ended up getting it that time and it was hell! i swear every time we go to walmart one of them gets sick! we were just there the day before yesterday and now this.

so i'm washing my hands a lot and cleaning a lot with antibacterial stuff trying to keep the rest of us from getting whatever is is, but we may end up getting sick anyway. so if i'm MIA in the next day or two then you'll know what happened to me! ugh.

Hey hope Katelin is feeling better soon. I'll keep my fingers crossed that this was just a 24hr bug for her! :) And I certainly hope you don't catch it.

There is plenty of stuff going around here, but mainly head colds. Those I can cope much better with than the stomach flu!!
 
thanks guys. apparently it was only a 24 hr bug she seems ok now and the others havent caught it. as for my hollywood juice diet, a big fat failure! 3 lousy pounds total. cuz i cheated and drank hot chocolate then last night i couodnt take it and had 2 reeses cups before bed. so much for my self control!
 
I"m glad she wasn't sick for too long. Theres nothing worse than knowing your kids are sick!

I can't believe that hot choco. ruined your diet...25 cals, how'd you do that? I can't find cocoa under 100 cals. Anyways your so skinny, I can't believe you want to loose more weight!

Wonderwoman, I sincerely doubt that you would have lost more weight on that juice diet even if you didn't cheat. Those things are unhealthy fad diets. Eating healthy foods and exercising is the only way to maintain a healthy body.

On another note, are you really trying to lose more weight at 5'5" and 115 pounds? My best friend is 5'4" and 118 and she is incredibly skinny. Are you trying to lose or maintain, because it seems like it would be unhealthy to lose anymore.
 
i'm really trying to stay under 120. i just wanted to see if i could stay ahead of the game since i'm due for my period any time now and will probably gain a few back. but in the next few months (well eventually) i would like to get into a size zero and i dont really care what weight i have to get to in order to achieve that goal. its nice of you to say i'm already "skinny" but there are many people thinner than me. besides, my body fat percentage is still quite high at 20% and i would like to get it lower!

oh yeah new yrs res: pay off credit cards
 
Well then start focusing on putting on more muscle and getting rid of fat, if you're looking to lower your body fat percentage. Just keep in mind, it will "tighten" up your body, but you will weigh more.

I don't want to offend in ANY way.. but.. I think maybe a size 0 is pushing it for someone of your height. So be careful!! :) Being thin is one thing but def. should be healthy first!!
 
did you say WEIGH MORE??? i really really dont like that possibility but at the same time i know that in the back of my head (somewhere). i mean its common sense that the more lean tissue i lose, the higher my bf% will go and i KNOW that isnt good. i wish i could afford a trainer/nutritionist to follow me around and beat me with a stick! your not offending at all newleaf, what your saying is common sense and i know these things. we'll see what happens in the new year. i got calipers coming in the mail soon so i can figure out my real exact bf% instead of just online calculators. maybe it wont be so high as i think it is. :eek:
 
Wonderwoman :) I am betting its lower than you might think! I'm glad I didn't offend you.. I just get nervous because I know when I lose weight in the past, it always seems like there is an urge to go lower. I'd hate to get to an unsafe/unhealthy weight myself! So.. :) hey as long as your safe, that's what matters. Besides, maybe you have such a petite frame, you could swing a size 0! lol.. I certainly don't know, since I've NEVER been in one!! hehe
 
Awesome job on losng so much weight! Your pics look great:) So are you down to 112 then now? That's what I weighed before kids. See:) ms impossible now. keep up the good work!
 
sara, was 112 from juice fast but crept back to 115 cause its that time of the month.

now the tricky part will be trying to cut out some fat and bring down bf% without gaining any weight back. dont know if thats even possible but going to go for it.

busy today, got to go to store now cuz theres no food left in house and i need stuff to serve for dinner. low on fruits and veggies too. been putting it off its so cold and rainy out there! will try to check in diaries later today. :eek:
