I have no idea how these complex challenges work with their codes and systems, so I thought I would set up one simple one of my own, for equally simple minded people:).

All you do is sign up with a start weight and see how much you can lose by the Oct 31st.

WINNER = the one who loses the most

PRIZE = lots of congratulations

Put in your start weight and record progress weekly, daily whenever.....until 31st.

oh great, there are no frills here, the only rule or deadline is that you post your final weight on the 31st. Just add your progress whenever you want to! Heres to a slimmer waist! :jump:

Today I have done quite well and been cutting back, saying no to that extra chunk of cheese and spreading my butter more thinly! The journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step!:)

Do you think if i dont eat today it will bump it back down to yeasterdays weight? anybody . .
 
Eat today! Starvation never works! Just start again tomorrow with renewed determination. I challenge you to lose 2lbs before I do!! As I just realised I put on 2lbs since last ticker adjustment. So now I have to catch up too!

SW: 127 lbs (8 October 2007)

Btw, Jerome, if I am not wrong, I believe that the other weight loss group involves losing 2lbs for every week in October, whereas this one just involves losing as much as possible by the end of October.
 
Yes your right,only one deadline, and just lose what you want..you got until Oct 31st, post your worries, woes or success and the winner is whoever loses the most. :rotflmao:

I chose to not eat :p but by the end of the day i had a whole garlic bread ahaha prob the worst thin i could of eatin :p
so todays weight is
9th: 136.3

Is the start weight today or was october 1st?

october 1st : 253.4
october 8th : 249.7 (-3.7 lbs)
october 15th : 243.8 (-9.6 lbs)
october 22nd : 242 (-11.4 lbs)
october 29th : 240.2 (-13.2 lbs)

I'm in my start weight is 187.5.....I wanna get down to 183 by the end of the month! I am currently running on the treadmill for 60 mins! Lets see if this works!

328 as of October 1st.
326 now.

I'm adding in that I want to add 20 pounds onto my 10 rep bench by the end of october as well.

As of Monday's weigh-in I'm down 3lbs for the month of October, woo hoo.

October 8th - 164
