I don't know if you count me in or not for this week .... but i lost 3 lbs ... from 229 on oct 1st to 226 last sunday..
It's not much but i'll take it..
Come on team ...we can do it ....
tip of the week: when you starve or you wanna eat something you shoudn't drink 2 glasses of water...at least you'll feel full
