Obese teen..

hi i have the same problem, im 13, 5'4" and i think im about 80 pounds overweight. i seriously need to lose weight and i see your plan is working fantastic. i want to know exactly how your plan is working like what changes do you make when youre eating? and what do you eat and what exercises you do and for how long. i pretty much want to know EVERYTHING. haha bc its working great for you, and it might help me too.

I've kinda lost my way over the last few weeks, so still 189.
I usually walk alot, and dance :)

ive been watching was i eat for the past two weeks so now im not as hungry anymore. im thinking of eating 5 times a day, each time eating about 200-300 calories. so in the end ill have about 1500. and then ill speedwalk for an hour. does that sound good?
 
Stefano- That sounds good enough! Try to eat a bigger breakfast then a smaller dinner, Good luck :)

i'm2fat- I eat alot healthier, and try to restrict overeating. I do have the odd desert, but maybe once or twice a week instead of everyday. I drink alot of water, and walk alot.

I've lost 4 pounds this week because i've been dieting properly again, woo!
 
Bigger breakfast

hm.. i guess thats a good idea! how many times do you eat a day? and about how big are the meals?

I actually think eating a bigger breakfast and smaller dinner is a great idea, Breakfast is a meal you'll burn off completely no matter what you do.
