I am a teenager and I have really severe depression and anxiety. Over the past few years it has caused me to gain a lot of weight. My weight fluctuates a lot, one week it could be 260 and a week later it is 240. I was on a 1600 calorie diet for over a month a while ago and I didn't lose a pound, recently I have been eating whatever I want (recently I have had a pretty bad depressive episode), and I didn't gain a pound either. I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle because my anxiety makes me terrified to go outside and my depression gives me almost no motivation. Occasionally I will give my dog a longer walk and a REALLY long play time. I often will play with him twice a day for like 10 minutes each, otherwise he plays with my other older dog. I realize that losing weight will really help my anxiety. My overall goal is to lose like 100lbs within 2 years, but hey I am open to losing 100lbs in a month with a "magical diet" too
(I am just kidding around I know expecting a "magic diet" isn't realistic, I am just trying to lighten the mood) . It would mean a lot to me if you could give me a really strict diet. The other diets I have been on (that didn't work) only said things like "eat under x amount of calories"; It was really tough calculating every calorie of every glass of juice. If you have a really *specific really effective diet for me I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!
