2) Experiences thus far and the good ppl I've met along the road
3) Having a decent head on my shoulders
4) My health (apart from the anemia)
5) God being there for me when I need it the most
 
this isnt' a "supervised" challenge like some of the other ones, so you can do whats easiest for you.

Myself, I like to keep updating the same chart so that its easier for me to find :)
 
I had a great start to my first day of the November challenge, i've got my calories under control and ready to do better than my last challenge...
 
I have donated blood yesterday and today I am 1 kg. less. I suppose it's just my blood been taken away. I have to be prepared that I will be probably more tomorrow.

I was heavy the week before...My weight had been around 75.5, but i had a binge weekend which took it up. By about wed/thu it was back down :)

Fluffy plum did well though :D

Aww thanks so much. It's my first week in weight loss for a very long time so in the beginning the weight comes off really fast. Next week will be a struggle!
