I'm grateful for...

1) My God, my family, my friends
2) My Health
3) This country, as screwed up as it seems it is, I'd rather be here than anywhere else!
4) For the chance to go to nursing school and change my future!
5) I know this is weird, i'm trying to think outside the box, but I'm grateful for good smelling things, like fresh cut grass, apple cinnamon candles or the sexy smell of my hubby!

first challange for me :waving:

Monday, November 02 77Kg/169.4lbs (starting weight)<-stupid weekend :( (i'll weigh myself tomorrow. Edit: i'm thinking its november 1st already. Next week :D)
Nov. 09 75kg/165lbs <-Good weekend. I was a little on the heavy side last week.
Nov. 16 74.5/163.9 <-At least its a bit of a loss. Not much exercise last week :(
Nov. 23 73.5/161.7 (Goal by this week is 162! I have a formal to go to on 24/11! Yay, Made it!)
Nov. 30 73.2kg/161

Total loss= 3.8kgs/8.4lbs
Total percentage loss = 4.95%



I think it would be fun too, to include a list of things we're grateful for!

1) Boyfriend- wonderful and supportive :)
2) Family and friends- for growing me into a sane person ^^ or realitivly sane anyways...
3) My country- Australia is great!
4) Nearly finished my uni course :D
5) That i have a cute kitty cat.. who is sometimes cuddly but most of the time insane :willy_nilly:

I AM GRATEFUL FOR:
1) My family... I have the most supportive husband and the two most amazing grown up boys!
2) My newly found willpower!!
3) My gym... without it my weight loss would not be what it has been!
4) My sister-in-law who is also on a weight loss journey so we are able to encourage each other along the way
5) My camera for firstly being responsible for making me see myself for how I actually was (and not how I thought I looked!!) and for recording my progress!!

Things I am grateful for:

1) My family. My mother who is always there to give me a hug. My sister who always makes me laugh and I can talk to about anything. My nephew, David, whom is the light of my life and my brand new neice, Lyla, named after me (my middle name is Lila). My father, although he is distant, I know he loves me.
2) My friends. They make every day worth living. They help me through the tough times and they are there to laugh in the good times.
3) For living in the UK, I know in some countries, even very economically developed ones it is hard for an out gay woman to have any rights.
4) My health. I was morbidly obese at 17 years old and I know it could have been a whole lot worse than it is.
5) My dogs. Whom without, I would never have started this weight loss journey. They have given me so much motivation to get healthier. I used to not be able to walk more than 15 minutes with them. I would let them off in the field and sit against a tree for half an hour, but now I walk around with them, around 3 miles, twice a day.

I'm in although I know that more than likely I'll miss the Nov. 16 weigh in because of an upcoming business trip.

Nov. 02 210.0 lbs / 95.25 kg <Starting weight.

Nov. 09 206.0 lbs / 93.44 kg <I was sick most of last week so although I'm happy with a 4 lb loss, I kind of feel like I can't take total credit. Hopefully I won't have a gain next week.

Nov. 19 206.0 lbs / 93.44 kg <Just got back from a week in Tel Aviv. I thought I did too much eating and not enough working out, but luckily I didn't do too much damage. I didn't have a loss, but thankfully I didn't have a gain either.

Nov. 24 201.0 lbs / 91.17 kg <My weigh in days have been off since getting back from my trip but I'm still doing okay. Hopefully I will survive Thanksgiving.

Nov. 30 ????? <Thanks for a great challenge, but I refuse to weigh myself for another week after the Thanksgiving weekend that I had. lol

I would like to start December/end this challenge in the 150's!!!

Grateful for:

1) My Boyfriend (for being someone I can talk to about anything... and of course, for putting up with me! haha)
2) My Family (for generally being awesome!)
3) My Friends (for distracting me when I need it haha)
4) Almost being done university! (woo!)
5) Living near the ocean (even though I don't go to it as often as I would like to, it's really nice just seeing and hearing it. Knowing it's there.)
