Weigh in day is coming up! Stay focused!! I find it helpful to remind myself of my goals before I go to bed at night and first thing in the morning (I have a picture that I look at and an affirmation). I am more likely to remember my goals in those 'tough times' (when there is a good tv show on or someone has somthing yummy that I really shouldn't eat/drink) if I remind myself on a regular basis! My affirmation is "I am an active and healthy role model for my family". do you have a motivational saying, affirmation or other technique that you use?
