What's everyone doing this month to achieve thier goals?? I am running 3-4 times/week, teaching aqua fitness once a week and doing urban poling once a week. I am also trying to eat healthier - no pop, water, no restauraunts, more veggies and limiting treats. I am looking at adding in some resistance training too (feeling kinda busy so not sure it that will pan out, lol).
 
AI'm walking/jogging on my treadmill for 45 minutes 6 days a week, and also adding 4 days of EA active sports 2 workouts.
 
Weigh in day is coming up! Stay focused!! I find it helpful to remind myself of my goals before I go to bed at night and first thing in the morning (I have a picture that I look at and an affirmation). I am more likely to remember my goals in those 'tough times' (when there is a good tv show on or someone has somthing yummy that I really shouldn't eat/drink) if I remind myself on a regular basis! My affirmation is "I am an active and healthy role model for my family". do you have a motivational saying, affirmation or other technique that you use?
 
I think I better start now, as this is the last day of the first week of the month. :D

Been sick as a dog last three days. I weighed in yesterday, forgot to post. Today I'm back down to 221 though lol. Wanted to exercise this week but my cold is killing me.
