-4 Egg whites on wheat bread
-1 Large salad
-1 Bowl of cinnamon toast crunch
-1 Orange
-2 Sandwiches of Lebni idk wtf it is either, but it's good....
Drink:
-4 Cups of milk
Exercise:
-1 Hour swimming
-2 Games of Taps - Basketball game
Not much of anything today, drinking or exercising. I've got all the money for my new guitar because my other one broke. So the next thing I'm saving up for is the fat caliper. I think I really need to at least check that and be able to see where I am. I'll try to get more exercise and drinking in tomorrow. Today was hot, I should have had more, and tomorrow will be the same.
Champr, I don't really like tuna and I barely know what ground beef is. But I'll look into the chicken ones and see if I like them.
i definately see the diet shaping up. you are introducing more fruits and veggies which is always good to see. And the number of bowls of cinnamon toast crunch seems to be reducing which is another good thing
I'm gonna suggest some more protein if you can. Cottage Cheese with the fruit maybe. What times of day are you eating this food?
