Weight-Loss No Gaining Weight During Thanksgiving Challenge!

I realized after I posted that this was a NOT gaining weight challenge, not a 'see what you weigh afterwards' thread. I'm sorry!!! I didn't mean to come on and ruin the point of your challenge LOL.

But I must say I didn't eat as much as I planned. I just physically couldn't. I much much much more enjoy eating my regular, healthy foods over the junk!!

In your face, holiday meal.
 
While I DID gain weight from the day before Thanksgiving to today, I am still officially under my start weight.

Starting Weight - 180.5
Weight November 30 - 178.8

I'll take that.
 
Nov 8th Weight= 182.4
November 30th= _181_

My plan:

I don't really see much family so I doubt people being around me with a lot of food will tease me or be an issue. So that's a great thing! As for myself, I will not buy all of the heavy foods in the first place. That way, I can't cook it.

Nov. 30th- What really happened? Did I give in? Did I stand firm?:

I didn't celebrate Thanksgiving and I didn't eat a lot of food. I had normal portions and continued to do as normal. I could have lost more weight except this month I wanted to see how much weight I would lose if I didn't do any exercise and only ate right. So I barely lost 2 pounds this month but that didn't have anything to do with Thanksgiving. Overall I say "yay" for not gaining weight this month in general! ^_^
 
November 18: 232
November 30: 229.5

Lucky for me we had to leave before they brought out the pies! But I still enjoyed the meal.
 
Today's Weight: 201 (This was November 10th)
November 30th: 194

Suck on that, Thanksgiving!
(I actually only lost 1 pound between my weigh-in closest to before Thanksgiving, and the one afterwards. Still... victory!)
