I weighed in at 245. 4 pounds lost this week and a total of 10 pounds lost altogether. I honestly think being in this challenge has really given me the motivation that I have never really had. I just want to thank everyone

can i get in on this? i'm starting today - just weighed in at 268lbs.
my exercise routine consists of going to the gym a least 5 times per week and doing 50mins of cardio. 25mins on the elliptical and 25 either on the treadmill, bike or a combination of both.
2-3 times per week i'll weight train with my boyfriend usually, but i'm gonig to try and just shed some pounds for now... so cardio it is.
