LOL Dharmawaits, my last weight loss can be attributed to being sick.. I eat so much less when I'm sick! I just had a birthday celebration for my friend this Monday, so need to go reallylow calorie for the rest of the week.

Gcohol, I LOVE Spark. I've been kinda bad about tracking my food this week but I'm going to change that. Its hard to make excuses when you have to put it in the computer.
