LOL Dharmawaits, my last weight loss can be attributed to being sick.. I eat so much less when I'm sick! :D I just had a birthday celebration for my friend this Monday, so need to go reallylow calorie for the rest of the week.

Everyone looks like they're doing fine! :)
 
Hay Dharmawhits and EHinata I will make a new chart on Saturday after every one posts on Friday for week #2 and I can total your points at that time. Your weight loss will count just in a few days.:) is that cool?

I am just totally into this, and it was killing me that I could not tell how we were doing! With being new I felt a little abandon.:(

hey...i need help...all these forums r really confusing..though the before after pics r really insipiring....how does one become member of a grou??...and how to take art in challenges..i wld also like to make a weight loss buddy...so if nyone intrested....ii have a enroumous task ahead..i m goin to loose 110 pounds....juz joined weight watchers......
 
Hello anku, You can join this challenge!- we are all Newbies and every Friday for the next 3 weeks you can post your new weight(gain or Loss) and we are trying to beat the weight loss of the old members! Let me know your current weight. Yes take the steep and post it (No one will judge us). We are all hear to help each other :D Thanks for joining. Remember you have to drink water!

Yep totally cool Kdel! I'll repost the new weight loss and combine it with the lone 1 pd (if there is any don't want to jinx myself here :)).

my secert is tracking the calories throughout the whole day so I don't go over. Someone here told me about sparkpeople and it has helped a ton.

Lost 2 pds! So my total is 3 all together for the update.

Gcohol, I LOVE Spark. I've been kinda bad about tracking my food this week but I'm going to change that. Its hard to make excuses when you have to put it in the computer.:)

KTbabe don't feel bad, I know its tough but you'll lose next week. You probably lost this week and your retaining water because of your cycle or you gained muscle.
