there are heaps of people on the other forum who have lost heaps of weigh and the before and after photos are amazing.Asy & Faithy, lessfatty,& Shell are just a few I always look at both forums as i love reading other people diarys. And looking at the before and after photos. The link below for the other forum. Good luck with the program its the best

Thanks for the info, I can't respond to PM's, as i haven't posted 5 times, or been a member for 5 days. hence this meaningless post.

I've taken some before photos (slouched) and with a sad look on my face (as that's how they all do it) and want to post them up, when i'm skinny again.. where do i do this?

I have read this a few times. (that there is another Forum) i know the rules to this- myself being an Administrator for a Cancer Forum. But could anyone PM me the site please.

Or is there a straight cohen forum/site, for cohen only???
