Go ahead and join us! Just try your best, thats all we ask. We aren't going for money here, so its no big deal if you dont' have a huge loss.
You might want to write down your cals' in your diary. That will help you to really see how many cals your getting. Basically, you write something about how your day is going, if you did well or not for the day or so. If anyone in your group is having trouble w/ anything, we encourage you all to talk about it and find ways to help out.
DOn't mention your weight loss though. We like to keep that hush hush till the 'official' weigh in day (the 14th) just for the surprise of it. BUt you can PM each other just to get an idea of how your doing as a group.
