So no buffet today. So I just went to get my sis a spa gift card for her birthday.

Walked on my treadmill for 90 min in the morning. At night I did 35 min of walking on my treadmill.

Fasting today. I’m going for as long as I can. So no getogether today. Won’t see anyone with food until Friday evening. Fasted till nighttime. Then I had some curry boneless chicken thighs and a little rice and a slice of 45 cal bread.

Had some jello at night. Making another packet to set up for tomorrow.

Early on Monday: Couldn't fall asleep.

So I walked for an hour on the treadmill.

Had an early early meal of curry chicken boneless thighs and just a little rice.

Babysitting nephew A. Eating his snacks. And a lot too!!!

Walked for 75 min. Had some chicken and rice for dinner late. Then 2 slices of 45 cal bread with butter and 45 cal cheese.

Taking my bro to shave cut hair and mani/pedi and weed shop. Have to get the twins from bus stop and take to martial art.
 
148.2 lbs!!! Ate a lot yesterday.

Decided to eat less today. Had 4 grapes so far. By my sis I babysitting and resisting snacks. Will had 3 100 cal ice cream sandwich. Some fries and chicken nuggets leftovers from kids happy meal.

Tomorrow Going to Poynt for lunch. Then A is making roti. We r celebrating my sis A birthday.

Did 13 min of treadmill workout on AF. Nighttime I walked an hour on 8% incline and 3.3 mph.

Had 2 bread with 2 cheese. Then dinner I had an egg sandwich with 2 bread, one turkey bacon, and one cheese.

Today I went did mani/pedi with my sisters and A. Then we went out for lunch. I just had grilled chicken with grilled romaine and grilled avocado and some salsa. It was really good. I had a rum punch. About 2 cups in the flask. Dinner was leftovers of grilled chicken, grilled avocado, and butternut squash. And I forgot I had dessert. It was a warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and whipped topping. It also had blueberries and blackberries. I also had some Honey Nut Cheerios and piece of bread with salami.

Walked outside for 37 min and walked on my treadmill for an hour.

Right now it’s late and I’m hungry. I just don’t want to see the 150 lbs or more tomorrow!!!

And I have to eat at Easter lunch tomorrow. I’ll try to just eat less. Or maybe just worry about weight on Mon. Tues we r going to PR for a week.

So, I’m back again. New website not working for me.

This past Wed I weighed in at 144 lbs. So I’ll use that as my starting weight.

In Miami this week. Sis I and twins came too. Yesterday I had oxtails and rice with just one small plantain Pice. Lunch was half a chicken thigh. Had Cheetos and chips. Had rum and Diet Coke.

Today is beach day. Staying at beach all day. Do have to get a lounger. Our hotel room is walking distance to the beach. We also went to the nice warm pool.

Breakfast this morning was bread and an egg with butter that I made Up early so I made some coffee. Lunch was 2 grilled fish tacos with fries. I had an ice cream sandwich and some Cheetos. Dinner was a rotisserie chicken thigh leftover and had half a bread roll and half buttered. Also had a little pastry thing.

Tomorrow we r going an activity place. There I think will have my Cuban sandwich.
Rum and diet coke. My favorite.

Walked for an hour earlier. Doing 8% incline for 20 min or so. Came home after Easter lunch and did 30 min of AF workout.

At easter I did have some tortilla chips with a spinach did that big A did. Then I had piece of peril and some salad for lunch. I did have one strawberry cupcake without the icing. I had some rose sangria. Dinner I had 2 pate. And a salad from the leftovers. Then late night I had some leftover of Pernil, potato salad, seasoned rice and Mac and cheese. And a piece of Parisian bread with a slice of salami.

Andrew the rose sangria was really good. I’m not sure how to make it. It was refreshing.

Had a coffee earlier. Playing with the kids now. Then I’ll go do some grocery shopping. And go home and make curry pork with leftover seasoned rice.

Have to pack still leaving for PR late night on Tuesday.

Will go for a walk later. Maybe outside since it’s a nice warm day!

About to leave for my flight. Just got some gummy bears for the plane ride. I have a lot of books, shows for the 4 hr flight.
 
Got to the Vrbo early morning at 3 am. Slept till 630 am. Walked to bakery for a drink so I could take my meds.

Had lunch at Lechon highway. Had Pernil and yucca and Alcupuris piece.

Checked out of the Vrbo that was close to the airport and going to another one for the rest of our time here. Visiting some sights.
 
Ate last night late so not eating breakfast if I can. Woke up early. Had some coffee. Then read a little.

I went for an hour long walk around the complex. Planning on filling my water bottle after I drink this coffee.

At the beach this morning. It’s surrounded by a barrier reef so the waves are calm. Will stay here most of the day. Have lunch here and go back to the pool and hot tub. Then dinner.

I am not snacking and I’ll try to not have any alcoholic beverage while on vacation. Tomorrow we r going to Vieques for the day. Going to visit our dad grave.

Lunch was a bbq chicken pincho with a slice of bread. Dinner was an octopus salad with one arepa. Just had water and a Diet Coke.
Late night around 1030 got hungry then got San boa bread with a salami and cheese.
