So, I’m back again. New website not working for me.

This past Wed I weighed in at 144 lbs. So I’ll use that as my starting weight.

In Miami this week. Sis I and twins came too. Yesterday I had oxtails and rice with just one small plantain Pice. Lunch was half a chicken thigh. Had Cheetos and chips. Had rum and Diet Coke.

Today is beach day. Staying at beach all day. Do have to get a lounger. Our hotel room is walking distance to the beach. We also went to the nice warm pool.

Breakfast this morning was bread and an egg with butter that I made Up early so I made some coffee. Lunch was 2 grilled fish tacos with fries. I had an ice cream sandwich and some Cheetos. Dinner was a rotisserie chicken thigh leftover and had half a bread roll and half buttered. Also had a little pastry thing.

Tomorrow we r going an activity place. There I think will have my Cuban sandwich.

Got up later than I hoped for. Breakfast was bread, one bacon and one fried med egg. With coffee. Got some fresh Krispy Kreme donuts. Went to the Monkey Jungle to see the monkeys and some fish. Then went By Brothers that had a feeding zoo among other kids stuff. Ate there. I had a Cuban sandwich. We went to a Cuban bakery afterwards. Came back and went to the heated pool. Dinner I had the rest of my sandwich and a piece of rotisserie breast meat.
 
Still early. All packed up. Check out is at 10. Then we r going into Miami. Sis said maybe we’ll take a short cruise. We’ll see.

Drinking coffee now. Going to have a doubles if the Trini place has them. Went to a bakery and had half a guava tart. I think I had 3 Krispy Kreme donuts. Ate my doubles. My roti is for the plane.

Going to another hotel by the airport to stay until we go to airport. There is a hot tub and a pool. Flight back home later tonite. So no hot tub. So I did not get into the pool. Just relaxed until it was time to go to the airport. Waiting on the nonstop plane ride to go home. Then another hour to make it home.

Weigh in is tomorrow. I am curious as to how much I weigh. I hope under 145 lbs.

Just landed!!! Yay! Detour on way home. Sis got a sandwich from a food truck. I’m still full so no food for me.

148.8 lbs!!! Gained almost 5 pounds. Oh well, begin again. That’s my new

I’m having sugar free jello to have something to eat. And I have diet soda and almond milk.

I will go do a walk workout on my treadmill later. Walked for 10 min. I have to build up my endurance again. Will do some more later.

Drinking coffee with almond milk and Splenda (and some creamer about 20 cals) right now.

Had a McDonald’s coffee with creamer and Splenda.

Did an hour on the treadmill- 45min on AF workout and the rest on YT.

Had some yellow cake.

Today I’m going to try to fast again.

Taking my bro to dispensary this morning.

Planning on getting a walking workout when I get back.

I have to pick up both A and the twins.

Breakfast- 310 cal
Oikos yogurt (90 cal)
goldfish (50 cal)
2 rice cake (70 cal)
Almond milk (20 cal)
Splenda (50 cal)

Lunch I’ll have a rice cake with broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. And sardines.

I think I’ll layoff the fasting for awhile.

Have to get the twins from bus stop later. Then to martial arts.

Hi Vic this is Andrew. the new site has not been working for me either. It sounds like you had a nice vacation. a warm pool sounds nice and relaxing. I didn't realize Splenda had so many calories. I need to be careful of that. I use a lot in my ice coffee. I thought Splenda was 0 calories. yikes.
 
Yeah, I think, Splenda packets have about 5 cal or less each. I use a lot too.

Had a bacon, egg, and cheese with avocado on ciabatta

Just did a 20 min workout. Maybe I'll do more when I come back. Have to go grocery shopping to pick up some stuff for my sis. Tonight is pasta and shrimp with garlic bread and salad by sis A.
 
145.5 lbs

Today for my first meal I’m having a rice cake topped with steamed carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. With sardine. Snack is an Oikos yogurt.

Walked for 32 min on my treadmill. Going up to 10% incline at times. Prob go back tonight.

My goal this week is to lose 2 lbs and to lose 5 lbs by my trip to PR by the 22nd.

Okay so I was up all night watching tv. This morning I took my nephew A to school.

Feeling a little embarrassed that I’m back up to 150 lbs. Planning on doing an open fast to hopefully lose weight fast. I am going to go to the beaches in PR on the 22nd.

I think I last ate food at 4 am. So it’s only been 14 hours but I’m going strong.

I just hope I can sleep tonight.

I did end up eating last night. So I’ll do OMAD today too, maybe if I can’t help it. Nights are tough since I watch movies and shows and I like eating while watching.

I hope I’m 145 tomorrow.

Making sugar free strawberry jello at 1 pm. 4 hours in the fridge and it will be done. I'm also making stew chicken breast with garbanzo beans, peas, and tomato sauce in the crock pot. Doing it for hi for 4 hours. I'm making rice when it's done. This is for my bro.

Walked for 70 min on my treadmill. Maybe do a strength and core workout later.
