Just thought I'd write a bit before I go to week 2 weigh in. The first week I lost 5.6 lbs, (water). I have the sinking feeling that tonight is not going to be good at all. I ate like 3 handfuls of regular chips this past week, and 2 nights ago, has 2 slices of supreme pizza. Other than that, I've been eating correctly, but I haven't been in the spirit to walk with PMS knocking at the door, and now, with my period in full bloom, I bet I have 5.6 lbs. of water in me again. Well, that's all for now.......Just wanted to mentally prepare myself for this weigh in and let ya'll know that I'm not expecting much, so when the ole' ticker goes back up, don't feel bad for me, I'm expecting it.
