New on board

Hello,

i'm new to this forum. My goals is to lose some body fat and gain some muscles, changing my diet to a healtier one and stop night craving.

Thats how i got into this forum, i was searching for tips and suggestions on how to stop night eating. its very bad for new as i workout hard in the gym and end up eating at night. :eek: :(

About those night cravings, the only thing that I know would help is to control your mind, in your case by not thinking of the things you'd like to eat but don't allow yourself. This simple yet extremely hard step has helped me alot to control my life more.

Hi and welcome. I found that if you don't fuel yourself correctly during the day...the night cravings come on.

oh yeah....mind discipline is stronger than anything else (IMO).....thats what i cannot get past, my mind is weak and my craving is strong. :mad: :(
